As a Customer Service Representative (gn), you’ll guide companies and employees through our well-structured leasing process, clarify contract details, and answer questions – ideally putting a smile on someone’s face in the process. - You independently create and maintain customer records in our system
- You review and update contracts, ensuring accuracy
- You are responsible for invoice verification
- You support our customers with all their questions about company bike leasing – both by phone and in writing
- As a liaison between our customers and the internal leasing company, you ensure smooth and efficient processes
Your profile
- You have initial work experience in customer support, customer service, or back office, or hold a relevant qualification
- You’re open to new things and excited to be right in the middle of the action
- Independent and self-reliant work comes naturally to you
- You impress with your friendly and approachable manner
- You are reliable and committed
- At least business-fluent German skills (C1 level)
