⚡ Who You Are
We’re looking for a Technical Developer Advocate who can help us grow and engage our technical user base. You’ll work closely with early adopters, write high-quality content and code samples, and shape our developer experience and how we engage with the community. If you’re technical, product-minded, and energized by the idea of representing developers inside and outside the company, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
- Be the first user: Try new features, rapidly prototype creative uses of our tech, and provide internal feedback from a developer’s perspective to inform our product roadmap decisions.
- Educate and inspire: Show what’s possible in high-quality tutorials, blog posts, demos, technical documentation, and sample projects.
- Engage with the community: Participate in forums, GitHub, Discord, and Slack discussions, and represent us at Hackathons, meetups, conferences, and other developer events (both virtual and in-person).
- Support key users: Help onboard key customers, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback to unblock adoption.
- Improve developer experience: Build and refine code samples, SDKs, CLIs, and other tooling to make it easier for developers to integrate our product.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with both engineering and product teams to ensure our product meets developer needs.

Required
- Strong Python coding skills and ability to write clean and maintainable code
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills and ability to explain complex topics to both beginner and expert audiences
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and software development best practices
- 3+ years of industry experience as a developer advocate, ML engineer, software engineer, solutions engineer, customer success engineer, or similar
- Deep understanding of product / software development processes and the needs of technical teams, ideally in the area of human avatars / audio agents / conversational AI
- Experience creating technical content like blogs, tutorials, demo apps, …
- High failure tolerance and willingness to learn and adapt fast
- Experience with popular ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, LLM APIs, …)
- Experience building / maintaining developer tooling
- Experience managing developer communities
- Open-source project contributions in relevant areas
- Prior startup experience (as founder or employee)
- Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Prior participation (and ideally wins) in hackathons or other technical competitions
- Experience in backend, frontend, or full-stack development (especially JS/TS)
- Experience in product management or technical leadership
