Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Process and resolve complaints effectively.
- Manage customer data and course information.
- Document all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, tourism, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in PC usage.
- Fluent in English or German.
