Tasks

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Process and resolve complaints effectively.
• Manage customer data and course information.
• Document all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, tourism, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in PC usage.
• Fluent in English or German.
