Social Media Manager for Community Management & Content Creation (m/w/d)

As a young and dynamically growing company in the music industry founded in 2019, we at BEFORE EIGHT are looking for committed employees for our marketing agency and our record labels. Together we work on ideas and concepts for music streaming and social media to successfully market artists and their music and to organically grow the artists' fanbase. As an employee, you will be an integral and valued part of our young team and will have the opportunity to take on tasks and projects on your own responsibility and gain extensive practical experience.

Tasks

Your areas of responsibility include:

• content creation and optimisation in different formats and for different channels.
• creation, planning and uploads of various content formats for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blog articles or newsletters.
• plan, manage and report on our KPIs including engagement, click through rate and followers
• serving our communities on various channels with over 1,000,000 followers.
• the optimisation of content and texts for search engines and our readers - so that they can be found quickly and are easy to understand (SEO).
• work closely together with our PR team to innovate and improve our social media strategies.
• Understand our brand, vision and values and communicate these through visuals and storytelling.
• Consult with external agencies to align on growth targets.
• Be the first point of contact for most of our fans and help engage with them positively.

Requirements

What you should bring with you:

• Confidence in English, optionally German
• Confident handling of programmes such as Adobe Creative Cloud & CANVA
• proficient in the use of common Office programmes and possibly initial experience with WordPress
• Experience with various social media channels
• Team spirit and an open approach
