Be.Entertained is a Berlin-based production company specializing in large-scale cultural events across Germany.

With 150–250 events produced every year, our portfolio includes national tours, unique one-off events, and creative collaborations with leading theaters, orchestras, and artists from around the globe. Our mission is to combine artistic excellence, immersive storytelling, and unforgettable visual experiences.

Tasks

Create graphic designs for various purposes — from marketing campaigns to stage visuals.
Design posters, flyers, brochures, event programs, social media assets, and merchandise.
Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity.
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and production suppliers.
Adapt designs to various formats and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Collaborate closely with marketing, SMM, and production teams to meet creative and commercial goals.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (entertainment, cultural, or events industry experience is a plus).

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for culture and live events.

Must be based in Berlin and available to work from our office several times a week.

Fluency in Russian and English is required
