    Your Mission

    As a Hardware Quality Assurance & Testing Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our IoT hardware. From lab simulations to field tests, you will drive the testing, verification, and continuous improvement of our systems.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Perform board bring-up, debugging and validation

    • Test and debug firmware in both lab and field environments

    • Design and implement automated test systems for long-term endurance testing
      Use professional lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, VNAs, signal generators, spectrum analyzers
      Simulate analog and digital circuits and full systems using industry-standard tools
      Review schematics and PCB layouts according to IEEE norms using EDA software

    • Apply Design for Manufacturing principles, considering production constraints, cost optimization, certifications, and supplier coordination

    • Create 3D mechanical models and functional prototypes for MVPs and manufacturing



    Your Profile

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field

    • Strong theoretical and hands-on knowledge in hardware development

    • Solid understanding of radio communication technologies

    • Proficiency in Python (scripting) and C++

    • Experience with PCB design and EDA tools

    • Familiar with DFM principles and hardware certification processes

    Nice to have

    • Experience with narrowband wireless technologies like LTE-M, BLE

    • Familiarity with Nordic chipsets (nRF91x, nRF54)

    • Embedded software knowledge

    • Skills in 3D modeling (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks)

    • Experience with simulation tools such as Matlab, SPICE

    • Fluent in English; German is a plus
