  • Tasks

    1. Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates to help hire team members.
    2. Support initiatives to foster a positive workplace and engage with employees, including assisting with internal communications and gathering feedback.
    3. Manage the administrative process for new hires, coordinating successful employee onboarding.
    4. Support the necessary paperwork and coordination for employee offboarding procedures.
    5. Assist the HR team in researching and ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations, taking care of compliance, if any.
    6. Help communicate and document internal policies, working with department heads to ensure adherence of all policies by the team.

    Requirements

    1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
    2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
    3. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    4. High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    5. Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
