Awtomated is a Berlin Based translation Business Management System which helps Translation companies to manage their business efficiently and get better profits for each project. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Sales and Business Development within the language industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for connecting with audiences through various digital platforms.
Tasks
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities
- Assist in generating leads through various online and offline channels and support the development of lead generation strategies
- Support client outreach and relationship building by communicating with prospects and maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies that align with business growth objectives
- Target calling, emailing, linkedin messaging; making multiple outbound reachouts to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
- Maintain and update the CRM system or client databases with relevant information and sales activities
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and administrative tasks related to business development
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented: Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
