We are looking for a Team Lead Video Marketing (f/m/x) to join our Autohero Marketing Team. In this role, you will take full ownership of our brand advertising activities on YouTube—one of our core customer acquisition channels—and beyond (e.g. DV360, The Tradedesk etc.). This is a unique opportunity to have a direct and significant impact on the growth of Autohero across Europe. By combining deep operational expertise with a strong business understanding, you will develop and execute tailored strategies that drive measurable results and scale our customer base profitably.

Develop and execute YouTube campaign strategies tailored to the used car sales industry, leveraging deep knowledge of campaign types, targeting options, and audience segmentation to drive measurable results
Build and lead a high-performing team by establishing scalable processes and structures that ensure flawless campaign execution and continuous improvement
Analyze campaign performance in detail to establish clear cause-and-effect relationships, assess ROI, and translate insights into actionable strategies for growth
Collaborate with the copywriting team to co-develop compelling creatives that resonate with target audiences, based on a sophisticated data understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competition
Expand into additional video environments via programmatic such as DV360, Tradedesk, Amazon, ensuring a seamless integration of these platforms into the overall marketing strategy
Foster a culture of innovation and learning by encouraging constant testing, iteration, and adaptation to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Proven expertise in managing YouTube Ads campaigns, with a deep understanding of all campaign and targeting types
Strong leadership skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance, establish cause-and-effect relationships, and drive data-informed decisions
Strategic and creative thinker, capable of developing tailored advertising strategies and collaborating on impactful ad creatives
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language such as German, Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus
