We're looking for a Working Student in Employer Branding to join our Talent Attraction & Engagement team in Berlin. Your work will help us shape how people discover, experience, and connect with our culture. You'll support initiatives that strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice, from content creation and referral campaigns to onboarding and event support.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across employer branding, HR communications, and recruitment marketing, while learning how to bring a company's EVP (Employer Value Proposition) to life through data, creativity, and collaboration.
