    The QAM position is not about software quality testing. It is about the implementation of sustainable quality processes, verification of the efficiency of such processes, monitoring and definition of countermeasures as well as executing internal audits to make sure things are used in our daily work. You help raise Asaphus to a new level of quality understanding by using your motivational skills combined with your spirit and passion.

    Tasks

    • Developing quality processes which are ready for day to day use.
    • Rolling out quality processes and helping the team to apply them.
    • Monitoring compliance with processes and the required quality of work results in our projects.
    • Coordinate quality meetings using common methods.
    • Creation of status reports and quality management reports.
    • Perform process audits and assessments.

    Requirements

    • Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Proven record of experience in quality management, preferred in software development.
    • Experience with product/software release processes and documentation for customer deliveries.
    • Practical experience in agile development environments.
    • Product Development Process experience is a plus.
    • Strong process orientation and experience in the application of standards (e.g. ISO 9001, Automotive SPICE).
    • High level of quality awareness and independent working methods within an agile development team.
    • Strong communications skills and team player.
    • Fluent in English, good command of German language is advantageous.
