- Develop, test, and maintain software for autonomous and semi-autonomous ground robots
- Design and implement sensor fusion algorithms to integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., IMU, GPS, LiDAR, wheel encoders) for accurate and reliable localization
- Enhance core robotic capabilities such as localization, navigation, communication, and system diagnostics
- Work with a variety of sensors, actuators, embedded systems, and networking stacks to ensure robust real-world performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, electronics, and systems engineers, to achieve seamless hardware-software integration
- Contribute to architectural and design decisions focused on creating modular, scalable, and maintainable codebases
- Support validation efforts and perform field testing of robotic platforms in realistic and demanding environments
- Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge sharing initiatives
- Mentor junior developers and play an active role in promoting engineering excellence across the team
