What you will do:You will answer emails from our customer’s userYou will give simple and clear instructions to help users fix problemsYou will give input to continuously improve our chat-bot to make it easier for usersYou will prepare weekly reports for your teamlead showing the emails we got, how we helped, and any ways we can do betterWho you are:You are currently enrolled in your studies and will continue studying for at least 1 more yearYou have excellent communication skills and are good at explaining things clearly, both in writing and when talking to peopleYou are good at problem-solving and can figure out solutions to users' issues quickly and efficientlyYou like working with data to understand user feedback and make improvements You have a very organized way of working and can handle multiple tasks and inquiries at the same timeYou are fluent in English and German (at least a strong B2 level, better C1 for both)Ideally, you are familiar with customer support tools and know how to use software for managing emails and helping customersYou are willing to learn about adjoe´s playtime platform and assist our users in the best way possibleSkip writing cover letters.
