We're looking for a highly motivated and organized People and Talent Intern to join our team for a 6-month period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the talent journey, with a focus on operations and project management. You will support both the Talent Acquisition team and the Organizational Development function, focusing on projects such as enhancing our talent processes, conducting engagement surveys, providing performance feedback, and initiating new development projects. This role offers a unique opportunity for a front-row seat to how recruitment and organizational development operate in a shared, yet diversified corporate structure. What you will do:
- Your responsibilities will be split across two key areas: Talent Operations and Organizational Development, reporting to two different leaders.
Talent Operations:
- Process and Tool Optimization: Support the introduction, implementation, and optimization of new tools, processes, and frameworks within the talent acquisition team.
- Documentation Management: Assist in organizing, cleaning up, and updating documentation on Confluence to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Data Management & Reporting: Help maintain data integrity within our ATS and other talent systems. Support with basic reporting needs to track key TA metrics.
- Operational Support: Provide general administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition Operations Lead, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing team resources.
Organizational Development:
- Performance & Feedback Processes: Support the preparation and coordination of our probation feedback and bi-annual performance review cycles. This includes administrative tasks as well as helping improve the process over time.
- Learning & Development: Support the setup and coordination of leadership development offers and help strengthen a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
- Engagement & Pulse Surveys: Help prepare, run, and follow up on our internal engagement surveys. Support the creation of communications, collect feedback, and contribute to data analysis.
Who you are:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- No previous working experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the people and talent space.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment characteristic of a startup culture.
- A highly proactive, detail-oriented and hands-on individual who takes initiative and is eager to jump in and assist the team without waiting for tasks to be assigned.
- Professional fluency in both English and German is a must.
- Experience working with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, ATS, HRIS, Confluence or other platforms is a plus.
