Vos missions
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead our international sales team and execute a global sales strategy for our precision modular tool systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and support the international sales team.
- Identify and develop new markets, and build strong relationships with strategic clients.
- Work closely with marketing and product development to align efforts.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports and revenue forecasts.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Manage sales budgets and CRM systems.
Vos compétences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical sales, preferred in a global context.
- Fluent in English and German; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally (~50% of the time) and work on-site in Delémont when not traveling.
Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in the cutting tools or precision machining sector, especially from companies like Sandvik, Kennametal, Walter Tools, Mapal, or similar competitors.
