    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead our international sales team and execute a global sales strategy for our precision modular tool systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement global sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Lead, mentor, and support the international sales team.
    • Identify and develop new markets, and build strong relationships with strategic clients.
    • Work closely with marketing and product development to align efforts.
    • Analyze sales data, prepare reports and revenue forecasts.
    • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
    • Manage sales budgets and CRM systems.

    Vos compétences

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical sales, preferred in a global context.
    • Fluent in English and German; proficiency in French is a plus.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Willingness to travel internationally (~50% of the time) and work on-site in Delémont when not traveling.

    Preferred Background:
    Candidates with experience in the cutting tools or precision machining sector, especially from companies like Sandvik, Kennametal, Walter Tools, Mapal, or similar competitors.
