Context:

A global pharmaceutical company is strengthening its infrastructure support model across its manufacturing network. As part of the "Technology for M&S" team, the IT Site Coordinator will serve as a local liaison to ensure infrastructure performance, stability, and lifecycle management. The role is part of the broader STORM and 5x5 programs, which aim to remediate IT obsolescence and prevent critical incidents (P1) across 42 manufacturing sites worldwide.

Mission Objectives:

Support the local IT infrastructure environment and ensure alignment with global standards and initiatives.
Act as the point of contact between the central Digital/IT teams and the local manufacturing site.
Monitor infrastructure services and ensure continuous improvement in line with three pillars:
Operational excellence
Obsolescence remediation
User experience
Participate in the final implementation phases of digital and infrastructure projects.
Drive local discussions on infrastructure lifecycle management and related budget topics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory (GxP) requirements.

Vos missions

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain local IT systems and applications to guarantee a stable operational environment.
Provide day-to-day technical support and resolve issues in coordination with infrastructure, applications, and business teams.
Communicate and document technical changes impacting local operations.
Deliver monthly activity reports and weekly executive summaries.
Track local investment budgets and maintenance operation schedules.
Contribute to the STORM and 5x5 program deliverables at the site level.

Deliverables:

Monthly reports (July, August, September 2025)
Weekly executive summaries
Contribution to infrastructure obsolescence tracking
Local investment and maintenance planning reports

Vos compétences

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in IT infrastructure within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
Excellent communication skills in both English (mandatory) and German (for local collaboration).
Deep technical knowledge in the following domains:
Networking (LAN, VLAN, SCADA LAN)
Virtualization (HCI: VxRail, Simplivity)
Storage & Backup (NetApp, CommVault, DataProtector)
Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS)
ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
Understanding of IT Quality processes (GxP qualification and documentation)
Ability to operate in a complex matrix organization with central digital governance
Familiarity with Agile and PUMA methodologies
