Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung für IT-Anfragen
Einrichtung und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen
Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
Unterstützung im Betrieb der System- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
Mithilfe bei Software-Rollouts und Updates
Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und Einbringen von Prozessverbesserungen
Aktive Mitarbeit an spannenden IT-Projekten

Assisting with software rollouts and updates

Qualifikation

Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse (C1-Level)
Grundkenntnisse in Windows- und/oder Linux-Systemen sowie Client-Server-Architekturen
Basiswissen in Netzwerktechnik
Verständnis von LAN/WLAN-Infrastrukturen, Firewalls, VPNs und Netzwerksicherheit
Kenntnisse in Benutzer-, Rechte- und Geräteverwaltung
Grundverständnis von Virtualisierung und/oder Cloud-Umgebungen
Sicherer Umgang mit Hardware, Betriebssystem-Installationen und IT-Ticket-Systemen
Serviceorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
