  • As Technical Co-Founder, you’ll shape both the technology and the company. You’ll be the driver of our product roadmap, tech stack, and future team - and a sparring partner at eye level.

    Tasks

    • Build from scratch and own the MVP and scalable architecture
    • Choose and implement the tech stack (backend, frontend, infra, security)
    • Implement math-heavy logic
    • Experiment with AI-driven features (e.g. for data extraction)
    • Ensure smooth UX/UI
    • Hire and lead the engineering team as we scale
    • Be part of fundraising & investor conversations

    • You’re comfortable with math-heavy logic

    • You thrive in tiny teams (at first, it’s just us two)
    • You’re excited to start building a prototype pre-funding, knowing it’s part of the founder journey and rewarded with equity
    • You’re ready to commit full-time once funding is secured (expected Q1/Q2 2026)

    What you bring:

    • Proven experience building SaaS products (ideally FinTech / LegalTech / Analytics)
    • Strong backend skills (Python, Node.js, or similar) and Cloud/DevOps (AWS/GCP)
    • Solid frontend skills (React, Next.js, or comparable frameworks)
    • Bonus: familiarity with financial models, Excel integrations, or cap tables
    • German is a plus, but not required
    • Living in Berlin is a plus, but not required (occasional travel to Berlin expected)
