Join our dynamic team as a Working Student (UX/UI Designer) and contribute to our cutting-edge global health insurance applications.

Tasks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, visually appealing designs.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Plan, conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative UX research such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover pain points and iterate on designs.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration and correct implementation of UI components.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Interface Design, Digital Design, Media Design, Graphic Design, or a similar subject with a design focus).
Demonstrated interest in user-centered design principles.
First experiences in creating visually appealing UI layouts and interactive prototypes for web / desktop applications.
Familiarity with design tools (especially Figma).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
Strong sense of visual design, balance and visual hierarchy as well as understanding of UI patterns and UI components.
