🔥 What You'll Be Working On
✅ Designing and implementing data models to support AI-driven applications
✅ Developing scalable data pipelines using Supabase, Prisma, and event-driven architectures
✅ Supporting backend teams in database architecture, query optimization, and API development
✅ Investigating and implementing prompt engineering techniques for AI model optimization
✅ Researching and applying machine learning technologies to extract and process enterprise data
✅ Ensuring data integrity, security, and performance across distributed systems
✅ Collaborating with AI engineers to integrate foundation models into enterprise workflows
✅ Writing clean, testable, and well-documented code for data infrastructure and services
💡 What We're Looking For
🔹 Strong expertise in data modeling, database design, and backend architecture
🔹 Experience with Supabase, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and event-driven architectures
🔹 Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and real-time data processing
🔹 Familiarity with prompt engineering and machine learning frameworks
🔹 Experience integrating AI models into backend systems (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic)
🔹 Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Node.js for backend support
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI-driven automation

🔸 Hands-on experience with foundation models and their enterprise applications
🔸 Knowledge of MLOps, model fine-tuning, and Reinforcement Learning (RLHF)
🔸 Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and distributed computing
🔸 Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio
💼 Location: Remote-first with options for hybrid work in Germany
