Tasks

Your Role:

As a Tech Developer Allrounder, you will play a crucial role in building and evolving our cutting-edge technology stack. These are exciting times, and we cannot predict which programming language or framework will be most important in two months. Therefore, we need someone who is highly adaptable and eager to learn new technologies on the fly. Your key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining various parts of our technology stack, from backend systems to front-end applications.
Experimenting and adapting to new programming languages and frameworks as needed.
Ensuring system reliability and performance in a fast-moving environment.
Collaborating closely with the founders and other team members to align development efforts with company goals.
Working independently and delivering high-quality results without constant supervision.

Requirements

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a full-stack developer, software engineer, or similar role.
Versatility and adaptability in working with multiple programming languages and frameworks.
DevOps skills, including experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
Business Intelligence (BI) experience, including setting up dashboards, analyzing product usage data, and drawing actionable insights to support product and business decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable and efficient solutions.
A deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
Experience with databases, backend development, and mobile or web applications.
A self-driven attitude, able to work reliably and deliver results independently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions.
