    How you'll be impactful:

    The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, self-starter, and excellent communicator with a passion for great design and the ability to achieve it. You must be comfortable managing large projects throughout the design process, from ideation and concepting to completed design deliverables for development. Suitable candidates love keeping up on the latest design trends and state of the art technology and possess a portfolio which demonstrates this knowledge with a blend of interaction design, visual design, and prototyping proficiency. Above all, the role requires a dedicated individual who upholds adviqo high standards and design aesthetic.

    Your mission:

    • Drive product design efforts across the team
    • Participate in product delivery, planning and coordination efforts
    • Determine best UX solutions based on customer feedback and business goals
    • Understanding of the role of Design in a software development environment for marketplaces
    • Strong experience on UI and Design system maintenance
    • The ability to create and deliver production-ready designs
    • Create high quality deliverables and execute based on UX goals and priorities
    • Contribute to the adaptation of UX design tools, methodology, and software
    • Drive UX design team delivery excellence
    • Maintain and continuously improve design components and the pattern library in Figma, as well as making sure we are aligned with the documentation on Storybook
    • Document guidelines for using and implementing components
    • Develop tools and processes for designers and engineers to engage with the design system
    • Create best in class foundational components, patterns and visual language

    Who you should be: 

    • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
    • Experience creating prototypes, wireframes as well as pixel perfect finals for websites
    • Fluency in best practices around user experience and user interface design
    • Good understanding of front-end development principles (Web & App)
    • Preferably demonstrates abilities to analyze data and transform it into interface decisions
    • You have a demonstrable problem-solving mindset, focusing on outcomes and not output and applying user feedback or multivariate testing tools to validate the hypothesis
    • Good storytelling & presentation skills
    • Preferably strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed
    • Very good communication skills in English
    • Communication skills in German is a plus - it's the language of the biggest brands
