Aufgaben

Your Mission

• Capital Market Management: Lead and oversee capital market relationships, including engagement with financial institutions, investors, and analysts
• Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and develop and nurture relationships with investors
• Design and redesign the Finance systems that your team runs and improves, using your Finance & Accounting experience and ERP knowledge
• Design and secure the financing structure of the company to enable optimized operating and growth
• Financial Business Analytics to secure value-oriented business development including process accounting and reporting design and structures
• Initiate and implement Financing transactions including fundraising with investors, financing and banking organization
• Integration of the recently established and acquired business “carbon capturing and bio-energy”
• Capital increase and fundraising in combination of equity and debt

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• 15+ years of total experience, with 10+ years as Finance Manager / Controller / Restructuring Advisor / Financial Operator with a track record of increasing responsibility
• 5+ Years in Finance Leadership with a proven track record in financial transactions potentially in the tech sector
• Significant HGB and IFRS knowledge
• Completed university degree in financial management or economics
• Solid agile work methods and decisive leadership skills
• You embody a dynamic, energetic, and inspiring personality
• You are fluent in German and English (proficiency in Spanish is desirable)
• You are willing to travel both nationally and internationally (50% of your working time each)
