My name is Kaja Storbeck and I am HR Manager at Accelerated. Over the last 2 years, I have built up the HR department. We are 40 motivated people and we are looking at how Accelerated can inspire internationally and make a name for itself around the world in the next 6 months.

To advance our mission, we are looking for a: Senior Data Analyst.

Tasks

Your main tasks as a Data Analyst:

1. Primary Data Capabilities:

• Enable and set up data collection tools for data collection (HJ, GA, GTM, Clarity, etc)
• Operate qualitative data analysis on clients' shop
• Evaluate data and create reporting for optimization opportunities in client shops

2. Reporting Capabilities

• Create Google Data Studio per each client and connect data sources
• Create and install new Google Analytics custom reports for testing, segments for data evaluation & GTM Tags/events for testing evaluation

3. Support capabilities for Optimizer

• Use data findings to put the hypothesis into context and create a testing tactic for the client based on data findings

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Hotjar- Familiar with store technologies such as Magento, Shopware, WordPress and Shopify.
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Affinity for eCommerce
• Focus on collaboration, able to adapt to fast-paced work environment while leaving a positive impact
