Tasks

What's your daily life gonna' look like - your tasks:

Develop A/B split-test variants for landing pages, PDPs, and other key pages across Shopify and custom stacks
Collaborate with CRO Strategists and Designers to bring test hypotheses to life quickly and accurately
Write clean, modular, reusable code (mostly HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
Support in building and maintaining custom Shopify apps (occasional, but you'll need to know your way around the Shopify ecosystem)
Debug, QA, and Deploy tests and features using tools like Optimizely, Convert, Kameleeon, Varify, VWO, or similar

Requirements

Come as you are - the role's requirements:

A degree is not a must & we couldn't care less about grades. As long as you have experience in Split-Testing, DevOps, or Shopify Development, and are willing to learn, you're perfect!

Level:
+2 years of experience as a Front-End Developer, ideally already familiar with A/B testing tools

Mindset:
Problem-solving, can-do attitude
You write clean code, test your work, and care about the "why" behind every decision
You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy environment

Knowledge:
Advanced JavaScript, HTML & CSS Skills
General Knowledge of React, GraphQL, TypeScript and Git
Bonus: DevOps Experience
Bonus: Understanding of Shopify Liquid Syntax, General Theme Components, Shopify Functions, Shopify Extensions, Shopify App Development

Languages:
Required: English (fluent)
Not required but useful: German, Ukrainian
