Right now, we're looking for someone to take ownership of a critical growth infrastructure project for our client in the field of higher education
Tasks
We need a sharp, reliable freelancer who can design and implement a conversion-focused reporting dashboard that combines CRM and web analytics data:
- Set up a full-funnel reporting dashboard – from first website visit to qualified lead to customer.
- Integrate HubSpot CRM with relevant data sources (web analytics, landing pages, contact forms, events, etc.).
- Define key funnel metrics and ensure they are captured, visualized, and actionable.
- Advise on the right tools, structure, and workflow – we’re open to your input.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in growth marketing, marketing ops, or funnel optimization
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM – including custom properties, workflows, and integrations
- Confidence in working with tracking tools, tags, and data pipelines (e.g. Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or similar)
- You have a proven track record with reverse ETL, no-code tools (e.g. Zapier, Make.com), or scripting logic
- You think in systems and flows, not isolated dashboards
- Bonus: You have worked in the field of higher education and/or other educational institutions - but that’s not a dealbreaker.
