Your responsibilitiesAs a working student, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively supporting the Legal department.
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing legal documents and policies
- Maintain files and track correspondence
- Assist with documentation retention and legal policies
- Support ad-hoc project requests
- Complex or difficult concepts, e.g. IT specs, to be explained in clear, succinct and effective terms
- Presentations to follow “current” market branding requirements and formats
- Documents to be retained / filed for future reference
- Knowledge and insights to be proactively shared with colleagues (especially juniors)
- Own knowledge to be updated through continuous professional development
Your profile- Student of Law, or similar, with focus on contract and corporate law
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong self-management skills and discipline, ability to take initiative and get things done under pressure and tight deadlines
- Team player; ability to build positive relationships internally and externally
- Solid MS-Office skills
- Fluent in English and German
