    THE ROLE

    Would you like to be part of our exciting and successful sales activities in Germany?

    We are looking for a motivated person to support our Advertising Sales Team in reaching our sales targets in the German market. You will support our Sales Managers with all administrative matters while they are out in the field. You will handle direct requests from customers and agencies while also collaborating with many internal departments, such as the Ads Operations or Finance Teams.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Creation, management and updating of various offers and presentations in collaboration with the Sales Director and Product Management (strategy presentations, product presentations, customer-specific presentations, seasonal offers, etc.).
    • Develop competitor monitoring, sales analyses (Advendio/Salesfore analyses) and associated tactical sales steering (creation and launch of sales initiatives).
    • Offer corrections and processing of inquiries to relieve the sales team.
    • Conception, coordination and implementation of B2B marketing activities (campaigns, customer events, customer gifts, promotions, and other activities).
    • Collaboration on strategic sales projects.
    • Optional: Attendance and presence at industry events.
    • Preparation and presentation of reports that cannot be covered by Advendio/Salesforce (agencies, customers).
    • Collaboration in budgeting and the creation of forecasts.
    • Newsletter handling
    • Maintenance of Ads Website

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING

    • 3-4 years of professional experience working in a similar role, preferably in the online media, sales or marketing business
    • Completed education in an administrative field
    • Fluency in German and English
    • Strong expertise in working with Google Suite (mainly Sheets, Slides, Docs)
    • Customer-oriented personality with the ability to connect well and make people feel comfortable
    • Strong organizational talent to handle many tasks at once while always paying attention to detail
    • Ability to self-organize, set priorities, and work independently

    Bonus:

    • Expertise in working with Customer Relation Management-Tools (e.g. Salesforce).
