What to Expect

Dynamic Learning: The dual program combines theory and practice, focusing on business processes, IT consulting, and application management
Practical Experience: You can directly apply the knowledge you have learned in practice. You will get to know various areas of our IT department and gain insights into commercial departments
Digital Focus: You will work with modern cloud systems, optimize digital processes, and support the implementation of our digitization strategy

Your Tasks

Process Optimization: You will analyze business processes and develop IT-supported solutions to increase efficiency
Consulting: You will act as the interface between the departments and IT, engaging in close consulting dialogues with employees
Participation: You will support the conception, introduction, and further development of our IT systems
Digital Transformation: You will accompany digitization projects and actively contribute your own ideas
Project Work: You will work on practical projects and present the results in the form of project work and your bachelor's thesis

Education: High school diploma (Abitur / Fachhochschulreife); good grades in mathematics/English are an advantage
IT Affinity: Strong interest in IT, digitization, and modern business models
Self-Organization: Self-organized, reliable, and able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Digital Tools: Good knowledge of MS Office and interest in working with modern cloud applications
Flexibility: Flexible, adaptable, and team- and customer-oriented
Economic Know-How: Basic understanding of business contexts
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking skills, especially in data-driven decision-making and business analytics
Communication Skills: Enjoy translating business requirements into IT solutions and working in a team
