Vision-Language Model Engineer

Tasks

1. Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize a vision-language model tailored to our specific needs, focusing on large action models.

2. Data Acquisition and Preprocessing: Curate, collect, and preprocess diverse datasets comprising visual and textual information to train and evaluate the model.

3. Algorithm Development: Research and develop novel algorithms and techniques to enhance the model's performance, scalability, and robustness.

4. Model Training and Evaluation: Train, fine-tune, and evaluate the model using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate the vision-language model into our products and services.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Document research findings, methodologies, and results in a clear and concise manner. Present findings and progress reports to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) preferred.

2. Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and implementing vision-language models, preferably in an industry or research setting.

3. Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

4. In-depth knowledge of computer vision techniques, natural language processing, and machine learning algorithms.

5. Experience with large-scale data processing, parallel computing, and cloud-based infrastructure.

6. Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

7. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
