Ihre Aufgaben

• Technische Umsetzung und Konfiguration von Dynamics 365 Customer Service und Dataverse

• Aufbau und Implementierung von Workflows, Regeln, SLAs und Queues

• Entwicklung und Automatisierung von Prozessen mittels Power Automate und Logic Apps

• Mitwirkung bei Integrationen zu Umsystemen über REST APIs, Eventing und Azure-Services

• Erstellung technischer Dokumentation, Durchführung von Tests und Troubleshooting

Muss-Anforderungen

• Tiefe Kenntnisse in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), insbesondere in den Bereichen Customer Service und Dataverse

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Power Platform, speziell in Power Automate und Logic Apps zur Automatisierung von Workflows

• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Integrationen (REST-APIs, Eventing) und Cloud-Architekturen unter Nutzung von Azure Services

• Einschlägiges Fachwissen in der Versicherungsbranche (Versicherungs-Know-how)

• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Projektsprache)

• Praktische Erfahrung in der Konfiguration von Workflows, Routing-Logiken, SLAs und Queues in D365

• Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit Zuverlässigkeit und hoher technischer Expertise
