On daily basis, you will

Respond to travel inquiries and guide customers through the booking process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Follow up with potential travelers quickly and thoroughly.
Use our tools and templates to create travel offers and handle requests efficiently.
Communicate with travelers by email and phone in a helpful and friendly manner.
Use AI tools to save time and improve how you work.
Share ideas and insights with the rest of the team.
Stay informed about our destinations so you can answer questions confidently.

The basics you bring along

At least 2 years of sales experience with strong and proven results.
You enjoy helping people make decisions and are motivated by goals.
You stay calm and focused, even on busy days.
You use digital tools to work smarter, not harder – and are open to new ones.
You're a team player and communicate clearly and respectfully.
You speak and write either German or French fluently, and are confident in English as well.
You are flexible to travel at least once or twice a year.
You are available to work 8 hours per day between 8AM and 8PM, Central European Time (CET).

You can impress us even more with

Experience in the travel industry.
Familiarity with digital tools like CRMs or booking platforms.
Experience working with different types of clients.
