Your Mission
- Take full ownership of our Salesforce environment and drive innovative solutions
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using configuration, Apex, and other cutting-edge technologies
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful business solutions
- Work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth project execution
- Manage Salesforce release cycles and deployment processes with precision and reliability
- Champion high-quality delivery and promote best practices across the development team
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated internal systems that support business growth
Your profile
- Bring at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
- Design and build advanced Lightning Web Components and customize user interfaces using JavaScript
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs and ensure seamless data flow
- Customize managed packages through both configuration and code to meet specific business needs
- Apply strong programming fundamentals and follow best practices in testing, deployment, and code maintenance
- Create custom objects and relationships, implement Flows, and manage security using Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
- Communicate effectively in English with technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders
- Hold (or aim for) a Salesforce Developer Certification – a strong plus
- Experience with Sitetracker is a major advantage
- Familiarity with tools like IntelliJ, Git, Data Loader, and Workbench is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with the Serum framework and project management using Jira
