    TYTAN is a young deep-tech defense startup that develops a cost-effective counter-drone solution to protect people and critical infrastructure. We are an international team of ambitious engineers who combine expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design.
    We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference! As a People & Culture Working Student, to support our mission in building a high-performing, people-first organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with our People & Culture Department, ensuring that TYTAN attracts, develops, and retains top talents while fostering a strong and dynamic company culture.


    Your roadmap to make an impact

    • Take ownership of your projects that drive the real company progress
    • Lead day-to-day operations across HR, culture, and business development
    • Drive talent development programs by implementing structured feedback processes, curating learning resources, and creating career growth roadmap
    • Create and coordinate smooth onboarding experiences by preparing welcome materials, organizing intro meetings, and ensuring all systems and tools are ready for each new hire’s first day
    • Build a library of knowledge for HR processes (e.g., email templates, interview guides, position requirements)
    • Plan and coordinate internal events and culture-building initiatives
    • Benchmark HR processes and best practices

    Who you are

    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
    • Gained first professional experience, preferably in HR, Recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent tools
    • Excellent communication in English (German is a plus, but not required)
    • Minimum availability of 4 months
