    This role will be funded by the EXIST scholarship.

    Tasks

    ● Lead user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions
    ● Design and iterate user journeys, wireframes, and interfaces
    ● Collaborate with the founders on product vision, usability, and accessibility

    Requirements

    • You need to have been enrolled or employed with a university within the last 5 years
    • User research is your answer to doubts and questions
    • A wonky picture frame gives you the ick
    • Proven track-record of UI/UX work that led to improved usability
    • You are aware of the benefits and limitations of working in an early-stage business
    • Solid German as you will be talking to a lot of users

    Benefits

    • EXIST stipend of 2500€/ month
    • Further compensation depends on experience and motivation

    • Flexible working hours and hybrid setup (Berlin or remote in Germany)
    • 1-year fixed-term contract with potential for extension
