Tasks
- Financial software management, for example, DATEV, SAP and Lexware
- Budget (monthly, quarterly and annual) planning, implementation and expenses monitoring.
- Distributor Bonus calculation and banking transfer for Germany Branch and Region.
- Close cooperation with CPA regarding external accounting tasks and support the state Tax Inspectorate
- Responsible for sorting out VAT issues and communicating with tax accountants on financial issues.
- All payments preparation in the bank and management all accounts of the company.
- All received invoices verification and registration.

- Support the customer service team and carry out other tasks of the CM or the region.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in the field of financial accounting and book Keeping
- Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented and independent approach；strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, with an additional proficiency in Chinese as a plus.
