🔥 Your Mission

Lead from the front: Sell SumUp's POS and payment solutions in the field.

Build & coach: Recruit and develop 10–15 commission-based Field Sales Reps.

Scale impact: Grow our presence across Berlin and beyond.

Drive performance: Set ambitious goals, track KPIs, and celebrate success.

Be the market expert: Represent SumUp locally and share insights with HQ.
🧠 We're looking for someone who

Has proven experience in field sales / direct sales.

Knows how to lead and motivate commission-based teams.

Is entrepreneurial, resilient, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Understands the needs of small businesses and merchants.

Speaks fluent German and English.
