Lead GTM Recruiter

Cybercrime is predicted to cost the world $10.5 Trillion annually by 2025 - we invite you to be part of the solution! Our Talent Acquisition organisation is growing, and we are now looking for a Lead Recruiter to lead our Go to Market recruiting team.

What you'll do:

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, also managing flexible resources and third party agencies where necessary
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand business needs and align recruiting resources accordingly in in order to achieve goals
• Partner with recruiting leaders and our Employer Branding Partner on our talent brand strategy that continues to bring in exceptional talent and showcases our incredible culture
• Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all teams and business units
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive environment
• 2+ years of people management experience with specific experience in SaaS sales recruiting
• Experience working in very fast moving, changing and growing environments
• Experience partnering with sales stakeholders, leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies and initiatives
• Experience using data for team performance, driving efficiency and storytelling, ideally experience with Gem.
