Role overview
We’re looking for a Product Manager (Growth) who’s deeply user-obsessed and excited to help shape the future of no-code. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to identify pain points, build intuitive solutions, and continuously iterate on our core product experience.
This isn’t a "sit back and strategize" role—we need a builder, a closer, and someone who thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation to launch, adoption, and iteration
- Develop a deep understanding of our users (think: creators, operations teams, small businesses, and startups)
- Prioritize features that deliver impact, balancing customer needs with business goals
- Define clear product specs and collaborate closely with designers and engineers
- Analyze user behavior and product metrics to inform roadmap decisions
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth product releases and cohesive messaging.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management role — ideally in a fast-paced tech startup or agency environment.
- Experience in planning and conducting qualitative or quantitative research, such as in-depth interviews or surveys, to deeply understand Softr's customers and their problems
- Can drive insights and actionable recommendations based on data for the business and product roadmap
- Able to identify and prioritize strategic and tactical product topics that will have the most impact on Softr's business and customers
- Able to drive customer-driven decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity
- Deep expertise in working with go-to-market teams, and especially engineering teams to deliver value.
