Aufgaben

You should be up for...

…our tech stack: We use the newest technologies, so you don’t waste time learning legacy things: You will work with TypeScript, Vue 3, Nuxt 3. All our projects are Dockerized and most run in Kubernetes.

…choosing your own path: Over time, you can develop yourself in the direction that makes the most sense to you e.g. Full Stack, Backend + DevOps, Frontend + Design/Product, Tech Leadership etc.

…joining the fellowship: You will work alongside an experienced Tech Lead, a Product Manager and fellow colleagues on 1-2 projects at a time. Our mighty mentors will guide you and bring your developer skills to the next level.

…writing code that counts: From day 1 you’ll be a regular member of the project team and receive work that will go into production.

…learning new tools, languages and best practices, on your mission to write clean, composable and testable code.

Qualifikation

You are right here with us if you…

…have a hungry Mind: You can learn a lot of useful things here, we provide you mentorship, feedback and proven processes. Still, it’s your responsibility to bring in enough drive and eagerness to learn.

…are familiar with Javascript and/or Typescript. If we like your application, you’ll receive a coding challenge to show your skills. We already hired people who didn’t know the tech stack, but learned it up for the coding challenge and delivered well.

…want to go from Rookie to Rocky: We don’t expect any previous professional experience, we already hired people who just started their Bachelor. What is more important to us: You should be passionate about programming.

…have good English skills to communicate with the team.

…will be studying for at least one more year and are available for 20h per week.

…are based in Germany.
