    Your Mission (Team: Growth & International):

    • Be the Hunter & Pioneer: You are the first point of contact for the US market. You identify, approach, and win over high-impact affiliate partners (bloggers, influencers, agencies) who share our vision of empathic SEO. You don’t just close deals; you start movements.
    • Build & Nurture: While your initial focus is on hunting new opportunities, you will transition into a "Farmer" role over time, nurturing these relationships into long-term success stories.
    • Embrace Trial & Error: You work in an environment that celebrates learning. We prefer a brave experiment that fails over doing nothing at all.
    • Freedom to Grow: You have the freedom to develop internally. If you wish, you can switch to other areas of responsibility or teams later on.
