In this senior position, you will operate at the strategic intersection of start-ups and partner organisations.

Your role will involve providing start-ups with content and conceptual support, initiating collaborative projects and developing existing partnerships further.

Tasks

Identifying, selecting and technically evaluating start-ups in the bioeconomy and agri-food tech sectors
Providing strategic support and coaching to start-up teams at various stages of development
Participation in the initiation and design of joint projects between start-ups and partners
Maintaining and developing relationships with start-ups, partners, and other stakeholders
Collaborating on the further development of RootCamp's programmes, formats and innovation environment
Representing RootCamp at trade and networking events

Requirements

Several years of relevant professional experience in a start-up, innovation or business environment
Experience of working with start-ups and in project-based collaborations, accelerators, corporate innovation and founding your own company
Ability to structure complex topics and bring together different interests
Excellent project management and communication skills
Independent and responsible approach to work, with a strategic way of thinking
Located in or willing to relocate to the Hanover region on a long-term basis
