    Tasks

    • Analyzing the requirements for various system functions related to 12V battery systems and body control systems
    • Develop test specifications, test scripts and test framework.
    • Test case execution on Vector platforms.
    • Development/adaption of FUSA testcases.
    • Assurance of sufficient test coverage within a given time schedule.
    • Analysis and debugging of reported failures with relevant stakeholders.
    • Maximize Test Automation and reduce the time required for testing.
    • Commissioning and configuring the test environment for vehicle validation
    • Managing the Validation expectations from component responsible and Vehicle integration team.
    • Functional integration and application of ECU components and software in the vehicle. Setting and releasing of vehicle coding.
    • Organize and participate in test drive (winter/summer).
    • Participation in SW release and testing on vehicle and providing confirmation.

    Requirements

    Automotive domain knowledge – Battery Management, Body electronics/Powertrain/Safety systems: e.g., Door Control module, power windows, sunroof, Interior/ Exterior lighting, airbag, ESP, Powertrain etc. (at least one of the systems)

    • Expertise in Dspace/Vector Simulators
    • Expertise in any of the Scripting languages (CAPL, VB, Python)
    • Expertise in Communication protocols like CAN, LIN, Flexray, Automotive Ethernet
    • Expertise in Diagnostics testing: UDS.
    • Experience in Automation of Test cases
    • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Monitoring of the assigned tasks to team
    • Good knowledge of Test management tools like DOORS, PREEVision, DOORS NG.
    • Experience in Functional Testing of Power Network Management / Battery Management System / DCDC Converters would be an added advantag
