We are looking for a senior commercial leader to join our executive leadership team. As part of a collaborative Managing Director team, you will jointly shape the strategic direction and performance of the company. We are seeking a leader who brings long-standing experience in originating, shaping, and closing strategic enterprise opportunities in digital transformation, automation, and technology-driven solutions, while also assuming executive responsibility for organizational leadership, delivery excellence, and long-term enterprise value creation.
This role is designed for executives who think like owners — and who want to build long-term enterprise value in close partnership with fellow Managing Directors and shareholders.
Your Impact
As Managing Director, you will:
- Take responsibility for overall P&L performance and business scalability across the DACH region
- Lead and develop high-performing interdisciplinary teams across origination / commercial growth and execution excellence
- Ensure delivery quality, operational excellence, and sustainable margin performance
- Actively shape company culture, leadership standards, and organizational capability building in alignment with your Managing Director peers
- Collaborate closely with fellow Managing Directors and shareholders on strategy, performance, and long-term value creation
- Contribute to corporate growth strategy and long-term positioning together with the broader Managing Director team
- Originate and close complex, high-value enterprise transformation programs
- Build and expand C-level relationships (CEO, CIO, CTO, CDO, CMO, etc.)
- Drive multi-year, strategic account growth
- Open new market opportunities in digital, automation, AI, and platform-based solutions
- Own ambitious revenue and contribution margin targets You are not just managing pipeline reports — you are accountable for sustainable growth, delivery quality, organizational performance, and long-term enterprise value as part of a collective executive leadership model.
Why you
You likely come from:
- A digital and technology consulting environment; and/or
- A digital agency background; or
- A senior role in automation, SaaS, or other technology services You bring:
- 5+ years in senior commercial roles (Managing Director, Partner or equivalent executive leadership position) and 15+ years of post-undergraduate experience
- Proven success closing complex digital or technology transformation deals
- Strong executive network in industrial B2B (manufacturing, logistics, pharma, engineering)
- Experience with P&L or contribution margin responsibility
- Strong commercial instinct combined with strategic depth
- Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams
- Track record of managing shareholder relationships and operating within governance structures
- Experience ensuring delivery excellence and quality assurance in complex transformation programs You are entrepreneurial, credible at C-level, and comfortable leading complex deal cycles, while simultaneously building organizations, developing leaders, and maintaining operational excellence.
