Aufgaben

Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for colleagues and users – be the go-to person for all IT questions.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud solutions.
Implement IT security solutions to protect data and systems from cyber risks.
Analyze, document, and resolve IT incidents quickly and efficiently.
Create and maintain IT documentation so everyone can understand and use IT systems with ease.
Support in exciting IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, and new technology rollouts.
