About the job
We are Plunet — a leading provider of business and translation management software. To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for you: a motivated and hands-on Marketing Manager (gn) who loves to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and drive projects forward.
You don’t need decades of experience — what matters to us is your ability to think strategically and act pragmatically, to communicate clearly, and to coordinate campaigns and projects effectively. You should also feel at home with digital tools and be eager to explore and use them to improve our marketing.

Tasks
- You plan, organize, and manage marketing projects and campaigns — from the idea to execution.
- You coordinate between internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) and external partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You help us structure and improve our processes, track progress, and keep projects on schedule.
- You contribute creative ideas and ensure our messaging resonates with our audience.
- You support ongoing activities like newsletters, mailings, webinars, website updates, conferences, and customer communications.
Requirements
- You have experience in project and campaign management in a marketing context.
- You’re highly organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- You are tech-savvy and already familiar with (or willing to learn) tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing technologies.
- You enjoy solving problems and can work independently while keeping the team informed.
- You speak and write English fluently; German is a plus.
- You bring positive energy, a collaborative mindset, and enjoy making things happen.
