    And we’re not done yet. We are looking for an experienced HR-specialist to help support our growing team in the next phase of our journey.

    YOUR ROLE IN SHORT

    Your role focuses on structuring, coordinating and leading HR-processes of our dynamic day-to-day operations, and support our leadership-team in preparing and executing feedback talks and all kinds of high-level communication. You will do so in close collaboration with the other members of our People & Culture team. As an experienced HR-specialist, you will be integral in supporting the company’s staff in all matters related to People & Culture and take over responsibility for organising and executing key HR-responsibilities. You also push for a growth-oriented and diversity- and inclusion-oriented company culture.

    OVERVIEW OF YOUR TASKS

    Organising and coordinating lead of key HR-processes in the company, such as:

    • Structuring and independently following up on various HR-issues of day-to-day life (such as contract related issues, communication of company/position-related requirements, following up on staff duties)
    • Be responsible for all HR compliance topics
    • Supporting our leadership team in day-to-day questions and challenges
    • Supporting our leadership team in taking decisions on career development of team members, promotions, critical feedback and contract terminations
    • Advice on German labor law regulations

    Contributing to the strategy for hiring, onboarding and setting up new employees with everything they need to perform at their best, including:

    • Discussing and deciding on hiring needs in collaboration with management, preparing job descriptions and publishing job posts through various relevant channels / active search approaches
    • Oversight of job interview process; participation in interviews and contract negotiations
    • Organising of onboarding-process in a decentralised company structure

    Design and implement talent management supporting the personal and professional excellence across the team, including:

    • Preparing and managing annual talks (feedback, growth potential etc.) and participation of talks jointly with teamleads
    • Making proposals for staff training, identifying long-term development options of high-potentials

    YOUR PROFILE

    • You bring strong generalist HR experience with at least 9 years working experience
    • You are experienced in recruiting new employees, also via active search
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions
    • You enjoy structuring and leading complex processes and following up until things are finished
    • You have a natural authority while caring for individuals and the company
    • You are an experienced team-lead
    • You are pragmatic and experienced in distinguishing important from not-so-important topics/tasks and you are capable of prioritizing issues
    • You are familiar with the German employment law
    • Able and comfortable working in a developing, fluid and constantly changing company
    • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
    • Full working proficiency in English and German is a must. French or Spanish are considered a plus
