We are globally recognised for our outstanding contributions to the establishment and advancement of international carbon markets, climate policy instruments and climate finance. Perspectives shapes and provides advice on the development of greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction targets, low emission development strategies (LEDS) and the development of new international carbon markets under the Paris Agreement (Article 6), the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) and other schemes. And we’re not done yet. We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Operations Manager (f/m/d) to help support our growing team in the next phase of our journey.
YOUR ROLE IN SHORT
In your role, you are the first point of contact for all HR administration issues from onboarding to offboarding. Your in-depth knowledge of (German) labour law and social security law, which you enjoy keeping up to date, helps you to make our HR processes as smooth as possible. You are primarily responsible for the preparatory, monthly payroll accounting in coordination with our external payroll provider and are the contact person for social security and tax law issues. You will be responsible for personnel and organisational tasks such as onboarding and offboarding and will be in contact with health insurance companies and tax offices. You will maintain and be responsible for all employee data in Factorial and create employment contracts, references, contract amendments, notices of termination and relevant statistics. You take ownership of your own HR projects or special cases, such as visa processes and special cases in the area of salary and social security.
