Aufgaben
As Senior Influencer Marketing Manager you will:
- independently lead national and international influencer marketing campaigns for top-tier clients in the beauty and FMCG space
- act as a strategic advisor, steer the operational team, and serve as the central link between clients, creators, and internal teams
- develop creative concepts and campaign strategies in close collaboration with the client service team
- lead client calls, project kick-offs, and status meetings
- manage the full creator onboarding process – from talent scouting and briefing to contract negotiations and coordination with managements
- ensure brand fit, tone of voice, and quality standards across content
- take ownership of budget planning, cost control, and performance reporting
- mentor and guide junior and mid-level team members
Qualifikation
What we’d like you to bring:
- 4–7 years of experience in influencer, social media, or brand marketing – ideally in an agency environment (experience in event management and experiential projects is a plus, not a must)
- strong understanding of creator strategies, platform mechanics, and performance KPIs
- proven track record in managing complex client projects and large-scale budgets
- confident communication and presentation skills
- passion for brand building, social trends, and creative storytelling
- you know what makes a beauty brand tick and how to make FMCG feel fresh on social
- strong organizational skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
- have a Can-Do attitude and want to make things actually happen
- you play nicely with others: be nice & fair to everyone we work with
- very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
