Rolle: Project/Account Manager, w/m/d (befristet - 18 Monate)

Location: Hamburg, Germany (Büropräsenz an mindestens 2 Tagen pro Woche erwartet)

Deine Aufgaben:

Kontinuierliche Stärkung von Kundenbeziehungen und Projekten durch Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitern zur Überwachung von Projekten und Deadlines.
Eigenständige Annahme und Leitung von Kundenbriefings, von der Erstentwicklung bis zur Finalisierung mit externen Dienstleistern.
Souveräne Verantwortung für komplexe Projekte und Budgets
Routinierter Umgang mit internen Verwaltungstools zur Steigerung der Projekteffizienz.

Was du für diese Rolle mitbringen musst:

Erfahrung als Projektmanager in Kreativ- oder Produktionsagenturen mit 3 Jahren Praxiserfahrung.
Kompetent in der eigenständigen Leitung von Social Media, digitalen und Print-Projekten.
Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift.
Geübt in Kapazitätsplanung, Budgetkoordination sowie der Erstellung und Überwachung von Zeitplänen.
Leidenschaft für strukturierte Arbeitsmethoden und die Etablierung effizienter Prozesse.
Erfahrung in der Budgetplanung und -verantwortung, auch bei komplexen Projekten.
Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu überwachen und voranzutreiben, verbunden mit Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt. Streben nach kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung, hoher Teamfähigkeit und Affinität zum internationalen Arbeiten.
Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln runden das Profil ab.
